      The company is focused on growth and that creates opportunities. Pay is generous, but that’s due to turnover.

      Cons

      Growth is sometimes at the expense of employees. Corporate management can be harsh. Having two CEOs is challenging. There’s an absence of positive culture.

      When I posted my review last year after the worst professional experience I ever had in 25 years....their rating was below 3 stars. Pay attention, since there are SEVERAL "anonymous " artificial 5 star leads stemming from their Colorado HQ. That is because they are sandbagging, and preventing previous reviews from being seen from the REAL folks from across the country and falsely pumping up their rating. I could write a book about how horrible my experience was. POOR PRODUCTS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR TREATMENT OF EMPLOYEES....WHAT'S LEFT AT THAT POINT?
