Pros

Hardworking and helpful. Cultivate learning for life.

Cons

Too many 20 - 30 year olds trying to sell expensive homes and don't have much experience. They take off more time since they have young kids. They don't have many life experiences to draw upon when selling homes.

Pros

You may luck up & end up working with decent people in your department. Pay is ok.

Cons

Too many to share. Get ready to get on the hamster wheel run until you end up upside down, inside out, & confuses. They try the " sweat shop" mentality. If you dont comform, you are made to feel like you are a bad employee, like you can't handle the workload, & like you aren't knowledgeable or know how to perform your job, when nine times out of ten you you can run circles around your superior on a bad day. What they refer to as "Higher ups" you are expected to lay down a red carpet & bow if they pass you in the hallway. Managers are not trained & giving position of authority to become small dictators in their own mind. The job is unprofessional people. It's all smoking mirrors & nobody really knows what they are doing besides the Division President, which is most likely the only rhythm to reason in there. Please d ont become desperate enough to work here. You owe yourself more, your family more, & you will regret the wasted time. Oh yea & how can I forget.... They expect you to work every single moment of the day. If you have surgery, they will harass you with emails until you return. It's expected you work nights and weekends without pay. Mind you, you can come in earlier... leave late & they will still take their measly 2 hours of pay back when you resign at 3pm & your hour to leave was at 5pm. As I said.... it's too much to write

Pros

First, let me say I have been in the work force for 25 years and I have never been so impressed. The HR process was very easy and the HR representative kept in touch with me the whole time. To this day, she still checks on me. On my 1st day, everything was ready for me and I had everything I needed to be successful. I have never had such a smooth transition. Every single person who works there made me feel more than welcomed. The whole experience feels like one big happy family/team. Support- I feel incredibly supported by all the departments. IT is on their A game and is helpful to those of us who are less computer savvy. My boss gives 200% and teaches by example. Not afraid to get into the trenches daily. This company treats its employees with the upmost respect and offers many "extras" to make your feel appreciated. This is the right step and the right company for anyone looking.

Cons

The only downside I can see is that they couldn't possibly hire everyone looking for the best place to work.
