      Meeting new people and working together as a team/working together for a common goal/ everyone's willingness to help each other always makes it worth it to come to work everyday.

      The money is good if you are in a community that is selling.

      Cons

      Management never knows what is going on. Construction schedules are a joke and marketing is a bigger joke. Management does not care to resolve issues but only overlooks them. Only promotes from the outside instead of rewarding achievement. Overlooks unethical behavior.
