      Pros

      The people that I worked in the Division are awesome.

      Cons

      Only the people in the divisions are awesome. The officers in Greenwood Village, CO run it like the Medieval Ages. The Divisions are expected to bring in more sales and margins without much of a budget for Sales and Marketing. If your division fails to bring in the sales and margins, heads will definitely be chopped. Average life span at Century is 2 years. Great place to use as a stepping stone for recent graduates. Century is the epitome of a Toxic Workplace. HR doesn't do anything, at least not well. Communication is disjointed even non-existent. Policies will be put in place a day prior and the divisions are expected to adhere to it immediately without any warning or roll out.

      Pros

      Century offers associates the opportunity to grow their career and relocate across the country. There is a family culture that allows associates to truly appreciate where they work.

      Cons

      The company is fairly new to some markets but is rapidly expanding.
