      Health Benefits are ok

      Cons

      Difficult to work in an environment where everyone is afraid to speak up. Corporate has no true process and is quick to fire because no one knows what they are doing. Hostile environment because of neglectful corporate decision making.

      Hardworking and helpful. Cultivate learning for life.

      Cons

      Too many 20 - 30 year olds trying to sell expensive homes and don't have much experience. They take off more time since they have young kids. They don't have many life experiences to draw upon when selling homes.

      Can’t keep a Division President

      Pros

      Benefits are standard great 401(k) some good people in IT and HR. Some great parties.

      Cons

      Constant revolving door for any Division President. I have been through three each one promising me a promotion but end up walking out and I am back to the beginning. Regional President is rude, condescending, demotivating, unreasonable, and always has someone else to blame. Until that changes don’t believe anything you are told because the one who told you will be gone at the wave of her wicked wand. Manages by fear and threats.
