You get 500.00 dollars per closed house and that’s not a Pro

Cons

*Unreasonable hours *Wade does not care about employees *Several delays in construction which causes low to no home closing. Which mean no bonus checks *Salary is only 18000.00 A year * lay offs without warning *Employees are forced to wk up to 14 days in a row without compensation *No company car .. You must use your vehicle to do showing for the company and showing can be over a hr away * Turnover is very high

There are some good people who work there

Cons

Management is the absolute worst I have ever had the displeasure to work for. Zero work life balance. Unrealistic sales goals. Upper management and Regional President s are clueless. Management by bullying. Toxic culture. As many have said RUN!!! If you want to be treated like garbage, feel replaceable the moment you don't execute then this is the place for you. Zero training, zero support, sink or swim. Complete garbage company
