Fear and threats everywhere. My boss was afraid of his boss, and so on. Some trades not paid and little concern to address the issue.

Good experience to find another job.

Cons

Extremely long travel distances from your jobsite. The gas allowance doesn't even come close to covering your expenses. They will not honor bonus agreements, they simple change your neighborhoods when you are about to get your bonus.

Low-cost home. Simple buying process for first-time home buyers due to the fact that there are no options available to choose from.

Cons

Unethical treatment of employees; retaliatory actions towards employees by the management if opinions are voiced that are contrary to the "company viewpoint". Lowest quality home imaginable, no exaggeration! I would rate the company ZERO stars if possible.
