Things around here move at lightning speed, so be prepared for that. I used to feel overwhelmed and stressed when I was new at this company. Now, I am a better person and employee who can manage this kind of work environment. I am enjoying my job because I believe we’re positively impacting the lives of the people we serve.

Pros

Attending to personal commitments was a problem with my previous company. Not anymore. Our bosses are kind in that they allow flexible scheduling options. Now, I can manage my life better and attend my kid’s school events when needed. This level of support is one of the things I appreciate about the higher-ups.
