Hello!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and your feedback matters to us! We are always happy to receive feedback on how to continue supporting our team. We strongly believe in promoting internally, giving those who have not previously been in management the ability to develop and further their careers. Although it may mean additional training for newer supervisors/managers, our team can rest assured that their manager is someone who has done the same job they're doing, can speak from first hand experience, and knows our processes and procedures better than anyone we could hire outside of our firm. Managers are also responsible for ensuring that their team members complete their daily responsibilities such as dialing their clients per company policy and will touch base if clients remained uncalled without good reason. In any sales role, leads are not unlimited, and we hope that each employee is putting their best foot forward with potential clients and making the most out of their warm leads.
It also seems that there is a misunderstanding in terms of the pay. Any Financial Consultant is paid on a hourly wage + commission basis. As the pay is based on an hourly basis, employees can expect to earn about $60k without commission. If the employees works less hours than expected per the schedule, it is reasonable to expect the pay is less as well. Coupled with that, employees will be paid for hours worked regardless of whether or not they meet commissionable standard of $500,000. Should they meet the standard, anything earned above the $500,000 is commission that is paid. We see that you are still currently with the firm, and we are happy to clear up any further misunderstandings regarding pay. Nonetheless, we shall share this with the Management team and continue to better our processes! If there is any further feedback to provide, please do not hesitate to reach out to the HR team directly as your feedback will remain anonymous if you so choose.
