Pros

Would 100% recommend this company to someone. They truly care about their employees and making sure they have what they need. There's definitely room for growth and the managers make it a priority to train those who want to move up in the company.

Cons

There are long hours but the the pros are definitely worth it.

Overall fun place to work with room for growth in the company.

Pros

The managers were generally pretty easing going and approachable. I feel that I learned more valuable skills with this company than I have at any previous jobs. Another part I really enjoyed about this job is that I was actually helping to make a difference in the client's lives.

Cons

Sometimes during the busy season, it can be a bit overwhelming.
