Pros

Remote work. No meeting Friday afternoon. Danaher provides training opportunities.

Cons

Not good at launching new products. New product teams are dysfunctional because tech leads tend to ignore they are working in a regulated industry and they cannot win their way to launch by bullying colleagues who challenge them. Evolving old products is not a bad idea but it’s losing its edge in this very competitive landscape since covid time.

If you like to come into work and just go into autopilot, this is the place my friend. The Lodi facility is brand new sporting a state of the art cafe with free coffee machines that make you esspressos to chai lattes.

Cons

Mngmnt will complain and point fingers turn around ask for feedback and ignore everything.

Engineers given the tools and resources to do their job Training and additional coursework is supported Pay is good, along with the benefits Company supports hybrid work

Cons

At the leadership level, VPs and Directors, there is a lot of favoritism. Certain people without the qualifications were given promotions, and those that deserved it were over looked. The moral is not good. Lots of lay offs Even the CEO is leaving
