- Interesting product which helps save lives - Among the best performing PCR tests on the market - Danaher career opportunities offer lots of options

Cons

- New leadership has no interest in the people doing the work, and is destroying the culture - Purely metric driven - that's the Danaher way - No stock purchase plan, equity grants extremely limited to a select group (don't expect to share in the company's profitability / success)
