      Pros

      As of now, nothing. Before there was a company mission, leaders cared about employees, we believed in the products we were developing, and there was professional growth and great teams. Now, all of that is non-existent.

      Cons

      1. Leadership and company strategy keep shifting 2. There is no clarity on prioritization or expectations 3. Terrible office culture. Lots of bullying and finger-pointing 4. Multiple rounds of layoffs in a few months. Leadership seems to take these lightly and not think things through 5. No work-life balance 6. Burnout is very very common

      Pros

      Good staff/co-workers that care. Remote work is good.

      Cons

      Low level managers are not trusted by senior management. Company contracts vendors to develop solutions then uses their ideas for internal people to implement. Senior Management and out to get VP positions, but don't care about the people that got them there. Company develops administrative solution s to solve engineering problems. Core product is unreliable but the company isn't going to fix it because the consumables make so much money.
