      The only competitive wages you will find in Lodi.

      Cons

      Terrible and inexperienced leadership team, unrealistic work expectations, and extremely unethical quality department. For a FDA regulated company, the day to day manufacturing leadership team are somehow extremely comfortable with telling their associates to disregard and overriding non-conformance findings in order to reach their production goals. Any attempt to pushback regarding non-conformance that is defects will effectively put you on their radar.

      Cons

      Very high stress work environment, unrealistic management expectations, toxic VP down culture and communication, management not approachable or have listening ear to associates, set up for failure and not success, must work 70+ hours a week to reach managements objectives, no work life balance.
