Great team to work with always keeps you on your toes very welcoming environment This was my first job, and I can assuredly say that I was very fortunate to team up with a group of people as beautiful, welcoming, and inspiring as these guys.

Pros

I've loved working at Cepheid the past four years. Everyone is very open to teaching, learning, and sharing experiences. I've never been turned away from a request to ask a question or discuss things in more detail. The environment is very collaborative and innovative. I truly feel as if we are working towards making a real difference.

Cons

Difficulty in doing the research/knowing which products to pursue and release quickly.
