I love my Boss, he listens encourages compliments and is honestly one of my favorite things about cepheid. Love not being in a cubicle as an engineer... field work is amazing!

Cons

The customer clientele are middle aged women, sometimes hard to deal with, but if you listen to them they'll listen to you!!!
