Kindergarden-level managment. Favoritizing. Taunting and one-way minded. Total Pro's if you know youre a favorite. Walk in the park. Good work for shorter period. Not for investment.

Cons

Rapid growing company that doesnt try to adapt. Doesnt follow GMP. Unqualified leads with unprofessional attitude for a working enviroment. If you disagree or tell when something is wrong, you most likely talk for deaf ears. Underpaid for the field.

very bad organisation unclear processes most of the time workload is incredible... no way to do a good job as every employee does the job of 2 or 3 persons ... bad communication between departments many managers are focusing on doing meetings but don't spend time into the teams to help... team spirit...is almost unknown
