      The work environment is heavily influenced by internal politics and favoritism, creating an unhealthy and unproductive atmosphere. There is excessive focus on personal promotions, often at the expense of others, leading to negativity and lack of teamwork. Groupism is common, and supervisors show clear favoritism, making it difficult for everyone to have fair opportunities. The team culture includes misleading communication, unnecessary targeting of individuals, and an unfair workload distribution, where responsibilities are often shifted onto others.

      Free food and cab facility, Insurance.

      Cons

      Company has only one product which is mainly for Covid tests. During covid, company was successful and now no market hence less hike and bonus. No growth opportunity as middle management is full of politics. No work life as your manager always sits on top of your head until you deliver work. No estimation, no planning. you just have to deliver as per your manager. 3 days office, lots of US dependency on work so work24/7. After doing all the hard work don't expect any hike or promotion. Very pathetic work culture, better to say no work culture. No job security- very poor vision. Trial and error.

      Innvovative company with a clear mission

      Cons

      Just went through a phase of hypergrowth with Covid. Tough couple of years expected as Covid sales go down. Lack of leadership and clear direction at CEO level did not provide conditions for health and balanced growth. Lot of hiring that was not needed or duplication of roles
