      Pros

      You work with amazing people who all believe in the product. Management has put effort into listening and taking their associates ideas and opinions and including them more than just their normal job.

      Cons

      Pay is still an issue, especially in Manufacturing. Turn around rate is crazy because similar companies just pay more. This is the Bay Area and the pay doesn’t match the cost of living.
