      Pros

      The health insurance is really good, manufacturing environment is fast and active. Always work available, systems look like the processes are established. As other reviews have said a great place to start a job in Medical Devices. However, for someone with experience in this field I would recommend careful consideration and weighing out pros and con's. Overall pros: Good Benefits, Stock Grant, and flexible experienced employees.

      Cons

      Some of the challenges are getting clear directions. Senior staff Directors / Managers very inexperienced in the Device Industry.

      Good Pay and wonderful team ! Exciting products. Good strategy.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Very high goals that are very hard to reach. High pressure on sales ops. No promotion. Understaffed. Too much work : you must be keen on working almost all evening and week-ends.
