      Pros

      Sales, If you exceed plan; which is very difficult, you can make good money.

      Cons

      My sales increase in goal was 80% year over year. Sales Management pressures and threaten reps that cannot hit the an absurd goal. If you enjoy lots of pressure and having your job constantly threatened this is the job for you.
