      High technological potential. Enthusaistic company. Valuable colleagues. We save lifes.

      Lot of work. 20% Grown, so new ressources are too often hired too late (but is it really bad ?)

      Pros

      Nice colleagues and beautiful landscape. May give opportunities OUT OF the current department. It's an experience.

      Cons

      Too many admin tasks. Advices for job/tasks-improvement asked to employees, but not currently taking place. Zero carreer perspectives inside the department: the employee has to apply to other departments to have an increase in salary or be "upgraded". Good profiles covering the wrong positions.
