      Initially it was really easy going and we got work done. It had a sense of community

      The new CEO is a terrible person, All he has done since joining is lay off people and not have any good plans. He initally brought everyone back into office and then laid people off. No dignity

      compensation for the area is decent keep your head down, do your job, don't expect to be given the resources needed to make the changes the company needs

      "DBS tools" are dumb, clunky, common sense, and weight things down Very little change for the positive in the company A strong expectation to just have unlimited growth/improvement "compete for shareholders" is taken to heart, meaning squeezing all profit out possible, often at the expense of employees
