      Pros

      Good pay, bonuses, 401K match, and decent other benefits.

      Cons

      Seems if you know someone in the company higher up or get in good with management, you can advance in your career. On the other hand, you may have a lot of previous experience and a degree which goes unlooked and you may end up reporting to someone who moved up within the company with much less experience and no degree. Diversity needs some work. The company is probably 90% Filipino. They should consider hiring other ethnic groups to help diversify the workforce.

      JOB IS EASY AND EASY TO CALL IN

      Cons

      Senior management is bad, especially the Supervisor/ Leads they're so unprofessional not educated enough by not following the SOP and Safety standards. They harassed their associates by giving them a hard time to work. Especially on the Mid shift schedule.
