The business they are in took advantage of the pandemic driven surge demand, but they missed the opportunity to leverage that extra revenue to roll out/expand to some new b category.
Cons
The overall experience working there was a complete disappointment. Majority of management was not capable of their job and always reacting to fire drills at the last minute due to lack of planning (forward looking). There is no general trust between management and people who actually does the job. Recent change on top management made the culture worse than before. Compensation is also below market compare to the silicone valley standard... Danaher should have moved the entire company elsewhere to save on overhead cost, and it will still produce the same business result.
