Pros

- Majority of the people there are amazing - Workplace culture is very diverse and open to diversity. Different cultures are celebrated when they have a holiday coming up, however, they failed to put up anything for Black History Month until 3 days before the end of the month :/ - Εxpanding company, room for growth

Cons

- In some departments, OT is basically expected. - The work gets repetitive and mundane. - You will most likely get shamed and belittled for your mistakes, especially if they're expensive.
