      leading products and technology, good pay.

      Cons

      Leadership and managers are just out for their own name and title, and they do not care about employee feedback and engagement survey results. Layoffs and turnover are constant, and there is no work life balance. Employees have been told by a certain manager that " you get paid well, so you're expected to work 60 hours or more a week" Goals are unrealistic and there are a lot of fire drills and many delays. The patients and customers are lost in corporate greed and poor planning from leadership.

      - Salary - Bonuses - Fundamentals of DBS can be helpful if not mindlessly applied

      - No vision i.e. no one believes in the roadmap - Incapable to deliver: projects constantly canceled, delayed, etc. - Toxic leadership with 100% turnover in the last few years - Zero culture besides the idea of being together at the same physical location - Ruthlessly forcing employees back to the office regardless of personal situation - Constant re-orgs and lay-offs - Very demanding leadership blind-sided everyone by relocating all of engineering to India (hundreds of jobs impacted) - Dwindling revenues and profits - Mass exit of all talent in the last 2 years with new leadership - Stifling processes - Zero interest in talent and advancing employees careers
