      Pros

      Great Team - one on one relationships with others on my Team is excellent. Helps to buffer the strain caused by an unevolved Upper Management.

      Cons

      With the continual reorganizations and plant closures / relocations, it is difficult to see a future at Cepheid. There are many cases of trying to find workarounds for existing problems, rather than finding the root cause and fixing them.

      Great people, descent compensation Director or above, meaningful work.

      Cons

      Leadership is lacking, even after so many of them have left. They don't care about people. Constant change (3 presidents in as many years), constact company reorg (5 for me in 2 years), not a good future
