      Pros

      Competitive compensation package despite no stock plan purchase option. If you’re ok with ‘just a salary’ you’ll be fine. Now, if you work in the bay area you might prefer some other places with higher compensation potential but I don’t know how things go in the medical device field. Friendly people, low pressure environment.

      Cons

      High turnover. Projects take a long time to complete and people leave after a few years, so you might end up leading a project with people who were not there at the beginning and don’t know the history of it. There are too many projects in parallel thus each goes slow. Like many other corporations they work hard to reduce turnover and make you feel like you’re part of a family for ever, but then in 2022 they had mass layoffs like everybody else. One might say it was ‘a Covid thing’, but at the same time they made billions with Covid so they could have done differently.
