      Old style manufactory leadership and poor communication still exist!

      Pros

      Legacy employees. I was led to believe that they were racists and illiterate, but I discovered the opposite. Just good people!

      Cons

      The onboarding training could be better. I was completely lost- no visual guides at all to help after 2 days. There still are decision makers displaying racist and misogynistic behaviors. Beware! Two major EEOC/ADA violations occurred during my 5 year tenure. I probably should have reported, but didn't trust HR. Managers feels if though they can speak to subordinate disrespectfully. No oversight or repercussion!
