before you join be prepared to not understand the rule
Pros
easy depends on where you get assigned to
Cons
1.your expected to make the goal regardless of the amount of people you have, example you need 5 people they give you 3 you don't make the goal that your problem 2. the Manger can change the process on how they want thing done but it make the life of the regular associate Harder but its not their issue. the Manger don't give a dam about what you have to say 3 you can report almost anything and they will not care, like for example hey your team take long break lunch nah it okay, now everyone taking 30 mins break and 50 min lunch now they last group that goes has to wait, but guess what it's okay they won't do anything wanna know why because they don't care but if you take your lunch late it now become an issue because you shouldn't be taking late break or lunches but guess what if you leave the machine unattended you get in trouble. reported this issue to the last 3 supervisor and they don't care what can they do train someone to take short break of lunch . 4. their are time where you will walk in doesn't matter what shift and be told you made a mistake and you didn't even clock in. literally you will be told you made a mistake with out even clocking in it's happen more then any captain will count 5 pay, it's the most unfair thing in this company if you are a associate you can get payed the same as lead literally their are associate who have work for a day making more then some leads not even joking there are people who have work and listen to everything the higher up told them to do and get paid less then other associate who don't even work as hard. when I was making 20 there where people who start with me but they are making 25 wanna know why that was because their are manager and supervisor who favor their own over the hard working
