      Disharmony in many departments

      Pros

      The company is changing the work for the better. They are improving healthcare with innovative product. Decent company if they took better care of their workforce.

      Cons

      People are getting disgruntled. People are leaving under mysterious circumstances...Did they quit, asked to resign, fired, laid off? Some are getting let go with no reason given. They were doing a phenomenal job, and the next day, they were gone.

      Great product and people, but majorly under resourced

      Pros

      The people (for the most part) are great, benefits are good, and the product truly is incredible.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to have unrealistic expectations for productivity, and the reluctance to invest in additional resources is crippling and demotivating for those who are working so hard to meet deadlines. People who have been promoted from within aren't getting paid what people get when coming into similar positions from the outside. The morale is low...and not much is being done to improve it.

      Pros

      Growth Company - if you can negotiate your incoming salary. Then you might have enjoy. With growth comes opportunities, as long as they are willing to hire from within. Good medical and dental plans, but compensation is something to be desired.

      Cons

      No Work-Life Balance Compensation - terrible after you join Leadership opportunities - minimal, prefer to hire from outside then hire from within.
