      Pros

      Benefits, coworkers and helping people in my community. When your not afraid of layoffs, this is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs every year. Presidents new culture is a failure. Unsure about future employment.

      Terrible micro-managers who take your credit

      Pros

      They have a decent COVID product, however, that revenue stream has pretty much dried up and the future is uncertain.

      Cons

      The managers are trained to comply with Danaher Business Systems (DBS). It involves a lot of micro-managing. Your managers will think they know better than you, and they'll force you to do tasks that are not optimal or irrelevant. They have no idea what's going on and just ask you questions. Then when you find the solution, they take credit for throwing their suggestion in the air. Your hard work goes into their promotions and their bonuses.

      Creating amazing technology that positivity helps improve health globally

      Cons

      Senior leaders don’t care about individuals and create a rude and confrontational culture. Customer Care leadership is very poor. Little opportunity for advancement and development.
