      - Good work-life balance - rarely worked overtime. - Interesting domain and problems to work on. - Skilled, albeit small and understaffed, DevOps teams.

      Cons

      - Time tracking of tasks to-the-minute. Lunches must be logged. Depending on your client, may have to log hours twice. - Constant fires to be put out each day. Client requests aren't filtered and each is an emergency. - Lack of prioritization, roadmapping, long term planning. - No insulation from stakeholders, who often disagree on product direction. - Enterprise sales driven development lead to the production of vaporware - software is shipped in an unfinished state. - Compensation lags significantly behind market.
