Pros

Good work environment. Great colleagues. You’re very much involved in every part of the SLDC. Engineering management is great they try to help you with your career aspirations.

Cons

Very bad when it comes to promotions and pay rises. It’s not very good if you want to branch off from Salesforce.

Pros

The interviewers were very friendly and aware of the fact they were hiring for a junior position. They wanted to hear about my thought process rather than what I knew or didn't know.

Cons

No downsides at all, just great experience
