This job was probably the worst job that I've ever had. I was victimised and bullied, which seriously affected my mental health. The management team was unprofessional, and this behaviour extended all the way up to the director level. I was constantly harassed and managed out of the business. In this day and age, it is an absolute disgrace for a company to behave in this manner. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a job to steer clear of this company, unless you're absolutely desperate. Spend a few months and LEAVE. I was put on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) twice in two different teams, and this was not because I didn't perform well, but because I spoke out and challenged the unacceptable behavior from management and voiced my opinion. The reason I say this is that on both occasions, I had one-to-ones where my performance exceeded expectations, and there was no improvement needed in any area of my work. Yet, miraculously, a few weeks later, I was put on a PIP. Interestingly, other colleagues were also put on a PIP, and they left the company. Even more interestingly, we didn't have any team members left (5 in total); I was the last to leave. They use the PIP as a way for authoritarian disciplinary intimidation to either force you to abide by the company's bent rules or to leave. I chose to leave this toxic environment. No wonder this company has changed its name; it was previously called FinancialForce.
