      Mature startup with room to make your mark

      Pros

      Definitely NOT a crazy startup environment (series B is in the books and the company has been around for five+ years). Good HR support. Coworkers are smart and work fast (they carry their weight). Parking is easy. Lots of opportunities for social events outside of work. Lunch is provided weekly. Plenty of room to do things "your way." Management is receptive to suggestions. Salary is competitive.

      Cons

      Wish there were more salad/clean eating options at Thursday lunches. If you are looking for abundant structure or micromanagement, a FAANG may be a better fit. Low-wall cube environment can be a challenge. Business casual dress is required.

      Really motivating and exciting time. Leadership is providing a great vision for the companies future. Space is an exciting area to currently be in. Employees are great with a hardworking mentality.
