      Cesium provides the opportunity for you to take full ownership of your work, make decisions, and play an impactful role. The team is filled with incredibly intelligent and driven individuals who are passionate about seeing the company succeed.

      Cons

      The work is fast paced and can be stressful at times. However, you never find yourself working in a vacuum. The team is always there to support you.

      Pros

      We work in an incredible industry where you can have a large impact and contribute to meaningful work. The company is growing extremely rapidly but has still maintained a small-company feel. The work environment is very motivating. I love that we work closely with our coworkers on cross-functional teams. There are also ample opportunities for continual learning that help you to grow professionally in your career.

      Cons

      Office space has become tight with the company's expansion, but it should be fixed next month when they move us into the new headquarters down the road.
