- Brilliant coworkers, the engineering team is great - Interesting technical work, plenty of real work to go around - Small teams, get to interact with cross functional groups - Emphasis on work quality and first principles engineering
Cons
- Lack of organization, management unwilling to take time to plan/manage resources in favor of throwing bodies at biggest “fire” - Disconnected leadership, not in touch with issues causing people to leave - Lack of focus, trying to do too many diverse projects without sufficient engineering staff - Culture is becoming more typical of large organizations
