Pay was decent but not exceptional. You have to put up with a lot of crap to get stock options, which they will use as your carrot on a stick.

Cons

5 days in office Commute to Bee Cave office sucked CEO has no leadership skills Most VPs were yes men Too much politics to actually get work done properly No work life balance - they wanted you to work 60-70 hrs, per the CEO, it's his life so it should be yours as his employee....
