      Pros

      Lots of contracts coming to the company Team collaboration High standards

      Cons

      Benefits are inferior. This was on Glassdoor, but I didn't fully appreciate it until starting the job. The company advertises themselves as a startup, but company policies show that the company strives not to be lean and flexible but rather they want to be a small company with all the overhead of the big boys.

      Typical start-up culture. NO work-life balance. Insane schedules and deadlines. Poor people and project management. Live to work kind of culture.
