      Pros

      Lot of growth in the last year and continuing to expand. Really great people and hard working. Benefits are cool and meet my needs. You get to work on really challenging things.

      Cons

      Since we are growing fast, its been hard to keep up with adding people to balance workload. Company does try to mitigate this and its not constant but flexes from month to month.
