      Pros

      Casual atmosphere, able to wear jeans most days. Mostly friendly attitude of co-workers.

      Cons

      Communication issues plague this company. Either you will be flooded with too much useless information about events or situations that do not affect you, or you will receive extremely delayed answers on issues that are relevant and require fast action. Steep learning curve.

      Pros

      I like the company and love the people that I work with. The advisers in the field with the home office create a small company feel instead of just being a number which is nice.

      Cons

      Once you are employed with the Resource Center it is hard to move off the team. I have also found that employees don't get paid as well as new employees coming for the same job.
