      Stay Away IT People

      Pros

      They've acquired lots of other companies and are trying to bring them into their umbrella. I worked with a company they acquired but was hired after the purchase. The management in my location was awesome. The IT guys/girls were awesome. The environment was laid back.

      Cons

      They brought their off shore team onshore so most of IT isn't American. If you've worked in IT for that long then you know how fun these off shore ventures are. They are highly political, like most of corporate America. They don't care about your skill set they care about you following their rules. While I was there more that 5 skilled white iT guys were fired or left all due to the incompetence of one manager. The manager continues to be protected at the C level because of his ethnicity.
