This company will work you like a dog and dispose of you even faster. They are heartless and cruel, and think employees can't see through their hidden agenda. Senior management's only goal is getting the company to IPO status so they can cash out. No regard for the humans they use to perform the work to get them there.

Great IT team. During the onboarding period they made me feel very special. Good health insurance.

Cons

Poor leadership. People are overworked and underpaid. There is a huge divide on “status” here and the stakeholders live lavishly, while others are treated like peasants. There is no room for growth. Very toxic culture, and power hungry. Would stay far far away.
