      Good people that care about each other at the associate level

      Cons

      Pay is less than other firms. Bonuses and raises are non existent. No career growth opportunities. Expected to take on multiple roles without additonal comp. Culture revolves around doing whatever customers (registered reps and advisors) demand at the expense of associate wellness

      Pros

      The hours working there are very flexible. You just have to stay on top of your work but that's never too hard.

      Cons

      They are very disorganized and their tech is horrible. Not very helpful. You need a lot of patience with them.
