Super helpful Resource Center! They are diligent at fixing and/or working out any issue and getting back to you with updates.

Cons

Compliance!!! (Not necessarily their fault). And the continuously adding more forms for information that had already been addressed in another required form (or two).

Pros

I like the company and love the people that I work with. The advisers in the field with the home office create a small company feel instead of just being a number which is nice.

Cons

Once you are employed with the Resource Center it is hard to move off the team. I have also found that employees don't get paid as well as new employees coming for the same job.
