By far one of the most welcoming teams I've ever had the privilege of working for. There is a plethora of smart and capable minds with tons of experienced individuals from all parts of the financial world. Everyone really tries to help and train you on all the aspects of the company.

Cons

Can be a little confusing trying to learn about all the intricacies of the company and the financial advisor world in general, but that just comes with the territory.

Micro management culture and low pay. No room for growth or management plays favorites. Overall very gossipy office especially HR.
