      Pros

      Casual work atmosphere Great downtown location Plenty of communications from CEO / President Generally a positive atmosphere

      Cons

      While the CEO is AWESOME - some of the other chief officers are not so much. Lots of convos behind closed doors at the management level. Medical insurance is crap.

      PTO, benefits, employee activities, great management, family feel work culture, food days, a great support system for resolving and assisting with client issues and inquiries.

      Pros

      Great position for someone who is just out of college or only has a few years of financial experience under their belt. Friendly supervisors. Decent performance based bonus every year.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth opportunities. Horrible training.
