People are nice. Building activities are fun to escape the reality of this industry

Cons

HR is not very responsive. There is no consistency in training. There is actually virtually none. It's a learn as you go. No structure. It's kind of clique-y. You ask for help but feel like you are getting talked down to because the work is constantly changing so you have to keep asking questions to understand it.
